Schools and Groups
Our school programmes are based outdoors and have therapy and developmental change at their core. Taking pupils outside for fun, challenging activities, with a therapeutic aim, helps them learn resilience, personal responsibility and new skills, and gives them a greater appreciation for our wild places. Our programmes also help develop group social skills and individual emotional intelligence.
Who Our Schools & Group Therapy Is For
Our school programmes are suitable for ages 8 - 16 and group sizes of 3 - 6 young people. They are for young people at school or college, clubs and families.
We offer outreach programs to include vulnerable students, ensuring benefits from this transformative experience can also meet the needs of those pupils who struggle to attend school or college.
A Measured Process
A 4-dimensional impact assessment is completed at the end of every programme, using standardised questionnaires, alongside anecdotal and observed evidence. This provides a robust indication of progress over the course of the programme. We measure the programme's impact on each individual by looking at social skills, emotional issues, and behavioural conduct.
How Our School Work Is Funded
As a community interest company (CIC), we aim to make every programme we run for schools completely free. To do this, we constantly work behind the scenes to raise money to cover the cost of running them. This is done through funding bids and a pay-it-forward scheme from other clients.
If you run a club or you’re a family looking for group outdoor therapy, we can give you a cost — please get in touch.

Support Future Schools Programmes
We know budgets are stretched. We will always provide our services at no cost to schools, which we do via funding bids and a pay-it-forward scheme from other clients. If you would like to sponsor a school programme, personally or through your business, we’d love to talk.
